The 2017 awards banquet is a time to celebrate the accomplishments of our season finalists. Some of the classes were a battle to the finish and we look forward to every having their time to walk across the stage and be recognized by family, friends and competitors!
The day begins with the member meeting at 1:00 p.m. at the Heart of Oklahoma Expo Center. The member meeting is open to all members and is a time where we recap the 2017 season, make announcements for 2018, vote on rule submissions and more! In order to vote, you must have been a 2017 member and have raced at least 1 event.
After the member meeting is open, early member sign-up and banquet ticket sales begin in the lobby of the Heart of Oklahoma Expo Center.
Finally, the fun begins as we dine with friends and family and then proceed with the awards ceremony. We will have a fun event planned for you with plenty of giveaways!
The banquet hall is located towards the back of the expo center property. If you are coming from Hwy 3, turn north onto Leo Street and then veer right onto Darrien Gordon Dr. Then turn left (north) onto Wade Hayes Blvd. and you’ll see the banquet hall building straight ahead. Find a nice parking spot and head on in. The member meeting is located on the second floor.
