OCCRA Membership Form

Please click the image below to download the membership form.  A form needs to be filled out for each rider and mailed to the address on the form.  You may type in the fields using Adobe Acrobat Reader and print the form or you may fill it out by hand (please write neatly).  The registration form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.

You may also sign up for membership at an OCCRA race.  Local signup will be possible at the following locations (this list will be updated as we add early signup locations):

  • February 12, 2012 - Boxer Buddy Race - Fry Lake (near Seminole) - Please see Boxer Buddy Race flyer or the OCCRA Fry Lake round for directions.
  • February 23, 2012 - Cycle Gear Oklahoma City (2717 Northwest Expressway  Oklahoma City, OK 73112) - 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
