Goals/Why You Want to Run After serving two years as VP and taking time off, I’m ready to get back in the fight. I’m running for President because I care about OCCRA and the people who make this club what it is. I’m a get-it-done kind of person. My goal is to be there for the members, listen to what they need, follow through on the things we say we’re going to do, and keep pushing OCCRA forward.

Position You Wish to Run For: Race Director Goals/Why You Want to Run I’ve been thinking a lot about running for OCCRA Race Director, and for me, it really comes down to how much this organization and the people in it mean to me.

I’ve been helping OCCRA since 2011. Over the years, I’ve done a little bit of everything, stepped up wherever I was needed, met some amazing people, and made memories that will last a lifetime.

I’m not running because I want a title. I’m running because I care about our racers, our families, and the future of OCCRA.

I know everything isn’t always going to be perfect. There will be long weekends, tough decisions, disagreements, and plenty of work behind the scenes. I’m willing to put in that time and effort. I want to listen to our members, hear new ideas, work alongside our officers and volunteers, and do everything I can to make our race weekends something everyone looks forward to.

Most importantly, I want OCCRA to continue being a place where families come together, kids grow up racing, lifelong friendships are made, and we all get to enjoy the sport we love. After more than 15 years of being involved and helping wherever I can, I feel like it’s time for me to step up and give even more back.

I would be proud and honored to serve as your Race Director. I’m ready to put in the work, listen to our members, and help keep OCCRA moving forward.

Goals/Why You Want to Run I joined the officer core midseason 2026. I would like to continue learning and growing the organization and making sure the kids have a good and safe race.

Goals/Why You Want to Run OCCRA has given my family a place to escape for the weekends and race and hang out with our friends! I want to give back! my goal would be to streamline the Volunteer work days so that way we have people ready to work and know who is working what races so we don’t have to wait to see whose working the weekend of!
