Banquet Updates

The banquet is almost here and we have some info reminders for you:
The banquet is sold out. If you did not pre-purchase your ticket it is not possible to attend. Again, this is completely out of our control but we are still getting messages about it.
We have a company in place to live stream the event so you can enjoy it from home if you like. The link will be posted tomorrow well before the banquet starts after they get the link established.
Yes, you will have to comply with the guidelines we are all required to follow to be incompliance to have a successful event. This includes but is not limited to wearing a mask.
There are no actual tickets so when we refer to having tickets its a figure of speech. We have a list of everyone that bought a “ticket” and will be checking you off the list as you enter.
We have worked hard to minimize the impact these restrictions will have on you but we are all in this together and is the only way the banquet can happen. Thank you for your understanding.

There is so much excitement about the Awards Banquet this Saturday, January 23rd we can hardly wait.
2020 tried to rattle us and get under our skin but Saturday evening we get to celebrate the WIN! We still gave you a full 12 race season and you showed up in record attendance. A celebration is certainly in order and here is the order of events for the banquet:
1-5pm – You can pick up your awards if you are not attending the banquet.
1pm – Rules proposal meeting
3-5:30pm – Early Sign Up for membership
6pm – Entry and seating for anyone with a Meal Ticket
6:45pm – Entry and seating for those not eating. Please do not show up earlier as we will not be allowed to let you in early.
7pm – Main event
BANQUET IS SOLD OUT. DO NOT SHOW UP IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A TICKET.
We are operating under a long list of guidelines and restrictions that are out of our control. We have worked hard to minimize the impact these restrictions will have on anyone attending.
We all have our opinions about what’s going on in the world but this is not up for debate. In order for the banquet to be a success we need you to help us by being compliant with the regulations that will posted throughout the banquet hall.
For anyone wanting to “camp” at the Expo Center it is $25 which includes hook ups. You must RSVP with the Expo Center by calling 405.275.7020
